We attract talents to Pomorskie

We are here to show you around the Pomeranian labor market and show you that you will find your place in the world in Pomerania. We help employers find talents for their teams and employees of employers ready to offer them positions consistent with their qualifications and potential.

We support parents in returning to the labor market and maintaining a balance between home and office, and migrants in relocation and settling in. We build bridges between business and science, initiate activities to improve professional qualifications and build dream development paths. Every day we put together the puzzle that makes up the Pomeranian labor market. And we invite you to this puzzle now.

Our Team

Each of us deals with talents a little differently, but we work towards a common goal. What is important is that we also live, work and develop here!

Paweł

Labour market

I manage the team responsible for attracting new talents to Pomerania and shaping the region’s image as an inspiring place to live, grow and work. I coordinate projects that strengthen cooperation with employers, universities and public partners, focusing on building long-term and meaningful frameworks for collaboration.
I’m also the creator and coordinator of the Wentyl_HR event series, designed to create a safe space for experience sharing in HR community as well as connecting it with public institutions that shape workforce development.

Higher education

My mission? Bringing universities and businesses together to create the best development opportunities for you!

And you know what? Those aren’t just pretty slogans – I’ve managed to take part in events like Job&Orienta in Italy to see what’s really happening in the world of work. All around the globe. I’m also a regular visitor at university fairs, because I believe great education is the key to success.

I love foreign languages, because I’m convinced the world is much bigger than it seems at first glance! And when I finally get a moment to myself, I pick up my guitar – music is my favourite way to unwind after an intense day.

Job Market

Why am I here? To build lasting bridges between employers and jobseekers. I work with the labour market, so I know how essential it is to match a workplace not only by salary or location, but also values and organisational culture.
I believe the labour market is a dialogue between the expectations of candidates and the needs of employers. I support that dialogue by developing the Pomeranian Talent Bank — a platform connecting people with the opportunities offered by organisations.

Thanks to international projects in AIESEC, I understand how to support competence development and shape leaders aware of their role in a constantly changing world. I promote Pomerania as a place where you can grow professionally and fully enjoy a high quality of life. And after work? I lace up my running shoes or dive into the worlds of fantasy and sci-fi.

Newcomers community

As a Newcomer Community Associate, I manage projects that support both businesses and newcomers. I build a community for Newcomers in our region, and it’s a truly inspiring role — every step brings gratitude from our residents and gives me the chance to meet many new, inspiring people. Together with the team, we work to attract talent to Pomerania.

My goal is simple: to make sure people find strong reasons to stay here and discover how much Pomerania really has to offer.

Bartek

Marketing

My mission is simple: to make sure the whole world hears about us. Every day, I capture our events, promote our projects and share the knowledge of our entire team with you — our audience. I want to show you how great life here truly is, how many amazing people you’ll meet, and how many opportunities are waiting for you.
And in my free time? I’m either trying to escape from another escape room or stepping onto a theatre stage.
