I supervise the work of the Talent Attraction team, whose mission is to attract unique talents to the region by promoting its attractiveness as a place to live and work. My task is to build and develop strategies aimed at attracting people with different skills and experiences. Additionally, I am responsible for supporting Investors in the Pomeranian Voivodeship in terms of access to talent by developing strategies tailored to their HR needs. I am also involved in marketing activities and organizing promotional events, all in order to strengthen the competitiveness of the voivodeship. Privately, I am a fan of running at sunrise.

Zajmuję się rynkiem pracy i jestem pomysłodawcą projektu WENTYL_HR, czyli wydarzenia poświęconego współpracy z działami HR i instytucjami zajmującymi się rozwojem rynku. Pojawiam się na licznych konferencjach i wydarzeniach branżowych jak: Tech3Camp, Infoshare, Follow the Rabbit czy EDU Offshore Wind. Koordynuję Bank Talentów, czyli platformę wspomagającą inwestorów w poszukiwaniu pracowników o pożądanych umiejętnościach.

Moja rola Newcomer Community Associate polega na zarządzaniu projektami, które wspierają jednocześnie biznes i nowoprzybyłych. Tworzę społeczność dla Newcomersów w naszym województwie, jest to dla mnie bardzo inspirująca rola, gdzie na każdym kroku otrzymuję gratyfikację w postaci wdzięczności naszych mieszkańców oraz poznaje wiele, nowych i inspirujących osób. Wraz z zespołem staramy się przyciągnąć talenty do Pomorskiego. Moim celem jest zapewnienie, że ludzie ci znajdą tutaj mocne powody, by z nami zostać i przekonają się, że Pomorskie oferuje naprawdę wiele.
